"Grace in my heart. Fire in my voice. Intention in every move I make."
I didn’t create C Intention because I had all the answers.
I created it because I refused to keep shrinking into a life that wasn’t built for the woman I was becoming.
Because I believe you don’t have to be soft-spoken to be soft-hearted.And you don’t have to be perfect to live with purpose.
This space is for the woman who knows she’s meant for more - and who’s ready to rise into it with grace, with power, and with love.
🌿 What Living With Intention Means to Me
Living with intention isn’t just about slowing down or lighting candles. It’s about choosing - over and over again - to show up for the woman you are becoming.
It means:
Saying no with love and yes with courage.
Taking ownership of your healing.
Holding boundaries without guilt.
And knowing that growth doesn’t always look graceful — but it is sacred.
This life doesn’t come with a manual. But it does respond to meaning. To presence. To clarity. And to women who are ready to walk in integrity with who they truly are.
🦋 Why This Space Exists
This blog exists for the woman who is:
Healing with honesty
Stepping into her confidence
Leading with her heart — not her wounds
Learning to love herself enough to demand more
This is for the girl who feels too much, wants more, and is tired of pretending that she doesn’t.
This is for the woman who’s ready to own her power without apology.
✨ A Real Invitation
This isn’t a space for perfection — it’s a space for becoming.
I’m not here to sugarcoat the process. I’m here to stand beside you in it. To share truth. To offer tools. To be the voice in your ear that says:
“You’re not crazy for wanting more. You’re not too much. You’re right on time.”
So whether you're rebuilding yourself, finding your voice, or finally living like you mean it - welcome.
You’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
🔥 Mantra of the Moment:
“I walk with integrity. I rise with love. I grow in truth. And I do not shrink for anyone.”
This is the first page of a new chapter. Let’s write it with intention — and fire.
With love & purpose,— C.
